I got 99 civic eibach sportline springs. they are used, they look beat but they still ride fine. i believe its just surface rust, its not rotted through.

The pic is of one, all are similar. Like i said they were fine on the car. only reason for taking off is a i got new shocks cause my stock were blown and the guy who sold it to me gave me springs as well.
