A few friends on the forum told me to post this up here:

Custom made seat brackets with seatbelt flange for 2002-2006 civic.

They fit bride, and may fit sparco with drilling 2 holes.

I don't check this forum often, but I got the brackets in a trade on the seats I got. But won't be needing these brackets for my WRX.

I'll let them go for $50 including both passenger and driver sides.
