the thing is I'm selling it with an "2MB L3 Extreme Edition" CPU which retails $899.99 US and I'm selling it with Retail Windows XP Pro SP2 and Microsoft Office 2003 Frontpage Retail.... so if you do the math the software and cpu retails more than what I'm asking for.

Yes people this is not no regular CPU .... the Extreme Edition I believe is a dual processor design ... these don't come cheap, trust me I know. This is a pretty good price considering your getting real software and dual channel ram
