Additional Info:
My gf works for BMO Mortgages and loans and she can get you the best possible mortgage available.
She is currently in a 4 year fixed closed mortgage at 3.93% you can assum for the remaining 3 years which is very low or she can set u up with a mortgage with BMO at over 1% + off the posted rates pending on the term and contracts
So you don't only get a great deal on the condo you will get the best rate for a mortgage for the condo available at the current time.
P.S. If you need any loans, Line of credits or anythign to do with $$$ my GF is the person to call...just tell her Sandon told you to calland she will give you a great rate at whatever you need!!!!

BTW if you want the condo and you do not have a lawyer yet, my GF also knows many (since she deals with so many for mortgage closings) and she will get one for you at a great price too.
Best to use the same one she uses to get the ultimate deal and price.
So everything about the sale will be saving you $$$.
