The side where the screws are installed onto the bumper has been damaged, ripped apart, but repairable, just get a shop to repair it.
The lip is not plastic, Urethane.. In need of new paint, old paint is peeling and there are scratches on the lip, but no dents or imperfections. Sorry don't have pics right now as I don't have access to a cam.
