what does it need for safety and cert?? how is the body?? rust?? underbody??

Arrange to come and see it, and decide for yourself.

I do not really know what it needs for safety. Front windshield is in tact, tires are just about new, new exhaust, brakes are good, etc. Probably not too much, if anything at all. It all depends on your mechanic, and how stingy he is.

Underbody is still great.
