i am "OK" i see these cars everyday - they are not made out of gold

people are selling swapped eg's for a couple grand more

don't expect people to pay full price for extra goodies

u are selling the car as is , it could need $50 for saftey or $500 or more for saftey , plus emissions , it could be $40 - the regular price - or $500 or more to fix to pass emissions

when selling a car as is with nothing - expect to be lowballed

the car has 200 km, it will require a new timing belt/water pump - for peace of mind driving

i am sure all the bushings are toast too - from the suspension

there are another 2 or 3 eg si' for sale on this board

And expext something to be wrong with the car as he is not shedding any light as to why it is not certified and what it would take to certify. If it was something minor you think he would post it to preserve his sale and to justify his price, but no mention of it. It must be something big.
