The only reason I posted a "lowball" is because they are actually fakes.

Visit the Bride N.A. website yourself and see their disclaimer:

"** PLEASE BEWARE OF IMITATION BRIDE SEATS MADE IN SUEDE/ALCANTARA FABRIC. **"

I'm not here to rip anyone off, if they were FAKE made by some other company, I would say so.
So, you are saying the authentic Bride seats are all made in Malaysia? Just want to get some more info on the seats.

What does it say on the back of that little white tag on the seat?

real brides are made in malaysia, yes, cuz its cheap, these are straight knockoffs from china, and well how does he know where these knockoffs are made, well he doesnt, so guess what all seats like shoes and other bull**** is copied to exact specs even the tag where it says where they are made, thats what makes them copies, but - the original bride price, and **** like that, and second is the FIA approval, which i bet 1000% these being fakes, dont have....so guess what these are fakes, and thats that, which for 650 u cant go wrong, and well real brides are 1200$ each. i say leave the tread if u aint gonna buy them, if u dont know what these are PM or email him, i dont think he feels like ppl bashing his thread

I said they were replicas in the very first post. And deviant, I remember the box the seats came in, it had a sticker saying "FOB MALAYSIA", and some document stickied on saying somethign about a malaysian port......HOWEVER, there will be people that probably wont believe me, so be it.....

I dont understand why everyone is getting all worked up. People writing THESE ARE FAKES and crap like that. Yes, OK, they're not authentic bride seats, I said that CLEARLY in the original post. All the other comments/statements I made about these seats were from research on the net.

As for the guy that offered me $400, that is a definite lowball. These are worth more than that. Just like you said deviant, real bride pair would run you $2400. I'm asking almost a quarter of that for replicates.

you said they are replica, but bride made them.

Bride did not make them. 100% guaranteed, and they weren't made in the bride factory, why would they knock off there own product?

Don't say stupid things

Hey buddy...watch what you say .....I think you better refer to your last statement....there are tons of companies that offer a "rip-off" of their own product....all they do is use a slightly lower grade material and normally they leave the company markings off and sell them as a no name product. Its called extra profit, By selling the knock offs, they stop other companies from doing so and make more money. In this case, the markings are on it, and the material is still a high quality (alcantra isnt the cheapest fabric)....so maybe you should keep your comments to yourself....because unless you can produce some proof that these were not made by bride (which you can't) youre just making yourself look like a fool.

just my 2 cents

chances are they werent made by bride, it doesnt make sense that they would take up production time to make a set of seats they'll sell for 1 third the price of another set of seats, its a waste of time, opportuinity cost... but thats not what this thread is about, if you wnated real brides you would buy them so its not a big deal either way

oh and my t-shirt was made in malaysia, does that mean its made by bride as well

once again....I would like to see you produce some sort of proof that these seats were not made by bride....I refer you to the above posts....they are good seats at a good price....leave it be...if you dont want to buy his seats, dont waste his or your time.
