What is the size of the tip (both ends)? Weld or Bolt on?

I took the measurement yesterday and the tip is approximately 3.0"-3.1", and the inlet is around 2.5"
It is a clamp on, you put the tip in your existing muffler and turn the bolt to tighten it ^^
