EGSR: $25 is very low already, the price is firm. If you want it PM me.
I'm not sure what brand it is. Yes you can change the attachments that is why it comes with 3 different sized pole holder (sorry don't know the technical term for it). YEs dremel attachments WILL work on this.
Its just powered that way, i'm not sure why.
The dremel has only been used ONCE. You can tell by the wear on the Bits that comes with it. Hell the Bits alone is worth 5 bucks each. Let me know
