Inner piece has small crack on the lense but no plastic missing.
Comes with the foam gasket for both pieces.
No bulbs, no harness. Just lenses with gasket.

Wick and inside foam is all white. Never sparked, never filled up with fluid.
One side is etched "SOLID BRASS".
The actual lighter itself is wrapped in a clear plastic.
Comes with the black plastic case and all the little papers that it should come with.
