It directly boots into backup games and games from overseas. (For sure it plays Japanese games). No game shark or swapping required.

Why don't you do everyone here a service by selling the mentioned set of items at $250?

Last time I checked, a modified PS2 is $300 at Pacific Mall. And guess what, you had to play the backup games with the lid open because of overheating problem.
