There is a couple things wrong with your statement:

A. $50 would most definitelly qualify as a "low-ball" offer

B. I'm pretty sure the guy was hoping to get paid by credit card or undertake an installment plan with you. [sarcasm]

I'm sorry, but it's one of my pet peeves when members feel the urge to throw in the word "cash" after what is usually a low-ball offer, as if that would entice the seller to give in. If there are other forms of immediate payment amongst local members, please enlighten me.
