it clearly says in the first post 500 without tires..

Though the wheels are pictured with stock Firestone tires, and his last For Sale thread had SiR wheels w/ rubber.

They are pictured with the tires because
1) I originally wanted to sell with tires but no one wanted them
2) I removed the tires and mounted them on a set of steelies i bought for winter, so the RIMS are only for sale
