Maybe more clarification might help for the turbo Newbs such as myself.

Do both of these turbos need to be rebuilt? How much to rebuild?

Will these turbos fall flat in the higher rev range?

What is their max boost?

What application are these best suited for?

Cheers

The 14b turbo doesnt need to be rebuilt ,
the 13 b does , i dont know how much it will cost.

As for your other questions , all i can say is was going to use the 14b on my tubro civic running 6 psi, . If you want more info search the net.
