Need car, certified and e-tested for <400.

Need it certified and e-tested in good running condition.
Looking for one in Toronto area.
Have no more then $400 to spend.

um...for $400?

With that budget you better get a bus pass for the winter and a 10-speed for the summer

you can do er for 400.. just gotta find it.. i found cert for 250, and etest for 125.. the cert was easy, just a paper obvisouly, and the etest.. the guy put my vin # in, and estested a different car that would pass... tada.. easy as that.. so 375, thats under your budget...

its jackasses like you that cause accidents. certification inspections are in place for a reason. just getting a paper means you're putting a car on the road that might not be safe to be there. not only are you putting yourself in jeopardy, but everyone around you and those in the car with you.
