need d16z6 harness and p28 ecu !

should narrow it down before you go out buying parts.... check the solonoid first, check oil pressure etc, check to see if the ecu is sending out a 12v signal when vtec engauges on the ecu. could be a simple 1 wire fix or a solonoid.
