Neuspeed race springs...
they were used for approx. 1 year.. technically for a 5th gen but will fit others... umm finally taking them off tomorrow most likely... so let me know if your interested

ya man they fit... the springs from civics from 92-00 are interchangable i'd imagine 4th gens also fit but not sure
