I have a used trailer hitch for an 06-09 civic coupe for sale. It may fit the sedan as well but I'm not sure. I had the hitch installed on my 07 civic coupe at the beginning of last summer and then had it removed at the end of the summer as I sold my jet-ski. The hitch includes all bolts and hardware that it came with. It was only used for a few months and is in great condition, nearly new. It is fairly easy to install yourself and also includes the tongue and ball which is size 1" 7/8. The only thing that doesn't come with it is the wiring kit which you can pick up fairly cheap. Asking $100 or best offer. I can take pictures if interested.
