This is new in box, Never used. I opened the box to confirm the contents thats it. Included in the box is:

2 extra face plates (blue & Black)
No instructions but i have the .pdf which is exactly the same.

This IS an american unit. Therefore you CAN get American subs aswell as canadian subs.(Meaning you can get Howard Stern) All that is involved with getting an american sub is to use an american address (I will show you how to do this if nescessary) regular canadian subscription is possible aswell.
Keep in mind most set ups DO NOT include a full home kit. It is an extra $70 for that option:
