I dont think you can return open product unless its an exchange for the same item, I baught it at zellers.

my gf works in the cash office and zellers takes back everything even if it is beyond the stated time limits. You can take back stuff even if you dont have the receipt for store credit. If you have athe receipt, there is no problem you will get your money back.
