Wow - I'd be all over that - send me pics to lowblackdub [at] gmail [dot] com... looking for a car for awhile now - sounds like yours fits the bill.

Why aren't you running a GSR computer? The SIR computer wont enable the dual stage vtec from the GSR, which isnt available on an SIR motor...

First off NO gsr had "dual stage vtec" thats just what you tell dumb kids...its got 2 stage V-TAAAk y0...but seriously its just the secondaries opening in the intake manifold. people take them out all the time (or zip tie them open) IMO they are useless anyway.

Sorry, thats what I meant. I have a b16, and dont know too much of the b18c1's, just from what I've heard. I would just assume one would use the ECU designed for that specific motor due to fuel curves and other pre-defined settings.

Pics have been sent. And the dual stage v tech does work, because i chipped the computer, so trust me I can beat a b16 no problem, forgot to mention that the engine is a 98 model
