no, how can I have bill if it was a present? if I did I would of returned it and bought something else or take the cash.Its not even used, if you want , you can come look at it and you tell me if its used or not.

 

I find it hard to belive that you got a $3000 laptop as a bday gift espically if you already have a laptop, ... as for .. bill.. well ya ... stolen unused aptops usually dont come with bills either..

 

If you post the serial number of the unit, I work at Toshiba and can check to see if the unit has been reported stolen.

i think your missing the point. without a reciept, its considered stolen. from the sounds of things, it probably is. which means its not worth half the retail value. therefore, you'll never get 2800 for it
