Does the silver hood have holes (hood pins maybe)? Hard to tell

Yes there are holes for hood pins and there is no latch either

I would much prefer to sell them as a set.

Nuatica- The rack would work on a non-power steering car if you converted everything over. You can't use the rack as a non-power rack.

Promoking- I would think that they woud would on a crx not 100% sure though.
