Sorry dumbassi,It has all the hangers still but only one flange,it still has the one that bolts it up to the axle back muffler.The other end was welded to my high flow cat and the cat was cut off,so it will need a new flange welded on if you are using the stock cat.And no it is not stainless and it has no resonators.Sorry no pic at this time it is at my buddies shop.It was only on my car for about 4 months.
