I'm looking to buy a set of 15" steel rims and a set of 15" winter tires [195/65R15] that are in decent shape.

Mounted or not doesn't really matter.

PM with that you have with a PRICE. Pic's would be nice.

15" size only. and WINTER tires ONLY!! I already have an excellent set of summer tires.

I'm in Markham usually every weekend.

 

I got a set of 15 inch primax wheels that on on yok tires. There just sitting in my basement since I have no use for them. They are in great shape considering they were only on a vehicle for a summer and have never seen any sort of winter weather. Wondering if you were interested. Just want to get rid of them

 

I got a set of 15" steeles and allseason firestone tires (tires have lots of meat 185 65 15s) 270 and they're yours...

i know you said (winter tires) but
