I'm looking to buy new or fairly new 15" steelies. I'm looking to buy tires with them as well. Only good winter tires though. I don't want any crappy canadian tire brand tires.

Preferably looking for blizzaks, or dunlop graspics, or something really similar

Tire size must be 195/60/15 only!!! no other sizes please.

nope.

Throws off the speedometer.

The only 14" I would even consider is maybe 185/70/14 which doesn't throw off the speedo much.
