WTB: 16" 5x100 steelies with rubber that'll pass safety

need 5x100 16" steelies or garbage rims with rubber that's just safe enough to pass cert.

I need these ASAP, by this weekend. Please let me know what you have. GTA only.

$390 for a brand new spakin set of BBS rims crazy nice rims..

thanx but not interested. Only looking for cheap garbage rims becuase the one's i'm buying I can get for free if I get the guy something to sell his car with. Guess I'll just have to buy them outright
