Brand New Koni shocks for 2001 civic coupe, red or yellow, all 4,
not willing to spend over $450

Koni doesn't make Reds for the 2001+ Civics and brand new Yellows will cost you about twice as much. You could get the Tokico HP for what you want to spend.
