WTB: car under $2000 cert&e-tested
Any car for under $2000 cert and e-tested....Need asap for school and job.....
Only 2 requirements: 5 spd manual and cheap on gas.
Need this before end of this week cuz I will be starting my job on Monday...
Please Help.....!!!

bottom line is 2200 no fooling around . its cert and etested and ready to go. Has different aluminum mesh rims from the pix viewed.
