WTB: Hitch for 99 Civic sedan (and bike rack)
Want to get a hitch-based bike carrier for my 99 1.6EL, but need the hitch first.

If you have a bike rack as well, that's a bonus.

I'm north of the city, travelling between the east and west ends all the time

Not really. I much prefer a hitch mount.
