yes i belive that is what i need....mine came lose while i was driving on the highway and got shreaded by the wheel.....do u have it and how much...thanks

I don't mean to jack your thread, but I heard from alot of people that own Honda's that those suckers r bad..They r one of the major reasons y rust starts to develop around the wheel wells..I took mine off, and I have have owned previous Honda's I would personally leave it that way and just spray the lip there with some undercoating..Just a heads up

its most probably the front... if its the rear, don't get another one.. cause salt gets stuck within the rubber and metal, which causes the rust...
