96-00 Civic CX vs. DX

Just a quick question:

Are the engines found in the 96-00 Honda Civic CX and DX the same?

Any input is appreciated.

Thanks

So what does the '00 DX SE model have over the regular DX then?

I thought only the DX had the arm rest.

well i know mine is not a 96-00 model, but mine is a 95 SE, and it is "special" because it comes with an armrest, and the only other thing I can see different about it that it has the word "civic" written as an emblem at the back..

I THINK special just means little knick knacks like armrests or gold emblems etc..

Blueish colour for 96-98 I should say. Sorta like dark blue, darker then 99-00 SIR Blue.

AC was option for both CX and DX.
