13.8 is still kind of bs with that kind of car on winters. i doubt you're even hooking until third gear with that kind of power on winters. my friend was spinning all the way until 3rd and his car was a b20vtec in a hatch running low 14s AND he was on winters as well so i don't buy your story one bit at all.

for those who dont know Winter tires are like a cheap way to buying slicks since the compound is so SOFT!

and a DA weighs less then 2600 lbs!
so making that is do able..

my buddy with a JDM B18C in a EG ran a 13.7 on streets i dont know if that counts for anything!!

i have a b20vtec in an eg. and i ran a 14.3 @ 98.93mph at the track with street tires. with a ****ty reaction time..

13.8 with 198whp is very possible in a da. i know a guy with a b20vtec with 197whp in an ek and he ran a 13.4.

so i can believe it. but as far as putting ur car on slicks and running 12s.. take it easy with that dream! i dont see any 198whp car... let's say a crx with b20vtec @198 wont run 12s on slicks.
really low 13s i would say... but definitely not 12s.

same day i went to the track... there was a fully gutted crx with a turbo si. pushing a little over 200whp. i think he said 204.. i forgot.. and he had slicks.. and he was running 13.07-13.2 all day.. with great reaction times...

d00d DAs are just as heavy as third gen integras. that's an extra 500lbs over the ek hatch. a gsr DA is 2665lbs! the RS is 100lbs lighter but that's still 400-500lbs heavier than an ek hatch. your hatch was gutted when you ran that 14.3 and you know it!

as for the crx, he was running only 7 psi on a t3/t4. his lag was HORRIBLE though, but still a quick sohc ninja.

yeah so what if it was gutted? i'm not putting down anythign close to 198whp. and i ran that 14.3...

my boy's h22 eg coupe ran a 14.25 at the track last night. he got his car dynoed before.. and it was at 180whp, 157torque.

the da is heavier but i still think he can hit 13.8 in his car.
