If you want lowering springs, H&R is great. Cheap and excellent quality.

Any full coilover kit are often better than any shock/spring or shock/coilover sleeve combo.

how does everyone feel about nuespeed race springs?? not so much for ride quality cause i realize i wont get that... but for eliminating body roll and handling on track conditions and that kinda stuff??

That's assuming that you choose your spring rates properly, have properly valve shocks, can corner weight your car, etc. I am willing to be that 99.999% of the people that buy full coilovers wouldn't even know where to begin when tuning coilovers.

Otherwise, shock/springs are fine.

You can go for Buddy Club Racing Spec Damper if you got the money to burn...

It ain't hard at all bro, just get 3-4G in cash ready and walk into Speedstar and tell them:

"YO JDM Pro~ I gotta mucho cash with moi now lower my car."

haha thank you someone who knows **** bout suspension...most peoepl are wasting there money even on koni yellows because they cannot recognise over or underdampened which is pretty basic. Don't buy something that is over your head...cause you will not knwo what to do when you have rebound, low and high speed dampening

Question is can you pay to play??

dingus8 though you are entirely right there is a nicer way to say it ... any idiot even with a bicycle that has shocks on it should know about rebound and high/low speed dampening. Now whether they know how to tune it is another problem altogether, that's to be left to ppl like me j/k

oh yeah, and if you don't know ****, but want a comfy ride, get some Bilstein shocks... high end ones. Those ******* increase dampening based on the speed of the piston...it's pretty tight... like self adjusting almost so it's comfy when you chillin, but tightens up when you drivin.

How good are they compared to Eibach springs?
What about the price comparison as well?

better perfomance wise, slighty cheaper... ride a little harsher. My Eibach and my buddys Eibach ride like stock... H&R ride like performance springs should. Daily driver, or track peeler??

Excellent, both good points. Which set is harsher?
I'm using it as a daily driver

Neuspeed are harsher, but eliminate more body roll...

Eibach is soft for daily driving, but will deliver under demand. Eliminates some body roll, but is best combined with some sway bar enhancements.

Shocks recommended as well, both for longevity, performance, and safety!! Think of it as an investment in making your car safer!!

I've been told that a drop of under 2 inches are easy on the shocks, so I'd be able to use my stock shocks for about 2 years or so. Is this true?

If the H&R springs are cheaper and better ride quality, I'll definitely go for them instead of the Eibachs.
