Big Problem With Big Brakes Need Help
VEHICLE: 93 civic HB SI no ABS
bought a powerslot big brake kit. and apparently it is for an ex with abs or something along those lines. anyways. i have the 9.5 inch rotors on the civic its for the 10+ inch rotors so my question is. will the pad bracket for the ex bolt onto my stock knuckle and can i use my stock caliper or do i need the ex caliper too?

no i bought the rotor kit with the offset bracket. it uses the stock calipers...ugh this is pissing me off i need an answer asap i was searching around but i cant be online cause im at work the car is on the hoist right now. if i can do it then ill just order semi loaded calipers and exchange my hawk pads.

if its on the hoist why not just put the stock stuff back on then figure it out when you have time.. but if your asking if the 9.5" carrier is different from the 10.5" carrier.. then my answer would be yes, it probably is. Just check part #s.. it's not rocket science dude

i know the carrier is different my question is will it bolt to the stock knuckle in the car. clearly if the rotor is 9.5 stock and the ex is 10 1/4 the carrier is larger than the si. all i need to know is will the larger carrier bolt to the knuckle. part numbers mean nothing obviously they are different.
