I'll be using the Monroe rotors with my new OEM pads when I do my brakes in the near future. I think on a daily driver the quality of the pads is more important then the rotors. Fresh fluid and a quality job like Draggintoy mentioned make all the difference too.

monroe - 3yr warranty
wagner tq - 2yr quiet assurance guarantee

had wagner thermos before...they were okay
now I rock PBR ULX pads and they are sweet and for 42bucks my price I cant complain

I've heard they are pretty good for the price but I don't have any personal experience. I've always been using OEM and will continue to do so, OEM is my recommendation.

and monroe meets or exceeds OEM specs so...I have them and am very pleased with the performance.
