where did they have the 2.5"?
I think i would prefer the 2.5"

a 2" would be a bottleneck at the end of my system

I was at PI and they had one very similar with a 2.5"in/out, aluminized metal for $60

the step up, the terminator is supposed to be real nice, they sound mean to but very low key a little more at $80

Bevboyy has that same muffler

I think 2" is fine, dont go 2.5" it will be too big

what makes you think its cheap?? because it doens't have a brand name?

if it flows well and is built well thats what matters, no what name it has on the box..

cherrybomb does have a name for itself... its just that its from there cheaper muffler things... plus the fact they are a faction of the cost of a name brand muffler just means you can buy 3 or 4 of them and replace them yearly

considering magnaflow is stainless steel too you shouldn't have too many problems.... i would hope to get at least 5 years out of my muffler

They flow fine, and sound fine when coupled with low restriction resonator. You have to use a resonator....

I've used them in the past on many of my cars. If I coat them with decent high heat paint, they last over two years.

So 39.99 (actually I got my last one for 31.99 - it was on sale!) over two years I think it was worth it.

So JSK yes, you can use them and if you want your $39.99 investment to last - invest in a can of high heat paint - and coat it well. Stick on a chrome tip and you is getto custom man...

Oh yeah - they do come in 2.25 and 2.5 same price..
