Do i need a camber kit?

hey guys, this is my first time posting on this site! i was just wondering if i want to put coil overs on a 96 civic DX do i need to get a camber kit? i was told im ok with out for about 1.5drop? is this true, if i do need a camber kit how much is it with install?

i know that may car is dropped about 2.3" now and my front camber is way outta whack and the rear looks fine.
for the front you can either buy the bling camber kit or make your own.
1.5" you should do it but you dun have to
