etest: how bad are these numbers

FPR should be at 34 when running, even less in your case, maybe 30 to make it pass. check to be sure the vacuum line hasn't popped off the other end.

UPDATE!

OK UPDATE:
Put a stock 92 cat on,
turned down the FPR to 35PSI.
replaced rotor cap, plugs, plug wires.
Throttle position sensor still dead. is it ez to change??
gonna go to the junkyard and steal one.
i heard its riveted on.
