Falken Ziex ZE512 vs General Exclaim UHP

Trying to get some feedback on anyone that would recommend these tires for summer 17" rubber.

I've heard good things about both tire models and they seem to be a great price for the tire..

Any thoughts? Thanks!

yea, I've heard good things about both tires too, I just bought a set of Falken 512's, but Im not putting them on until the spring.
I know the Falkens are suppose to be pretty good in the rain.

I dont think you can go wrong with either of the 2, considering the price.

The 512's are supposed to be an excellent tire for the money.

I have the UHP's and they're a very good tire for the money as well. Very good in the wet as well.

Falken's have gone up 20% in costs....so most places do not carry them anymore...

Falken is sold as all-season but the General is ultra-high-performance. So on that note alone, I think General is a better choice for handling.

But I can't decide!

You guys might want to check this place out for Falkens. The only issue I had with them was they wear a bit quicker than I would like but a great tire.

if you are looking for performance, look away from the 512. I'll never buy a set of them again.

They were great in rain, but didn't grip for crap when it was dry.

This is an exterior/lighting topic now?!?! Shouldn't it be:

Performance/Suspension
Engine tech, forced induction, springs, shocks, brakes, tires, etc.
