Help w/ B16A & P73 (type-r) ECU
Hi I have a few questions:
I bought a 96 ek with a B16A swap (OBD-II) and it came with a type-r (P73) ECU. How does a B16A2 respond to a P73 ecu vs a stock SIR ecu? How are the gains or is there any loss in power.
Mind you I have a stock intake and a CX muffler but full SIR piping throughout. Bye the way the motor does not burn any oil. Can someone please advise!
Also have a bad/weak clutch and balding tires.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks guys.
EDIT by bbarbulo:
took out the references to street racing. TCC has a tight anti-street racing policy. this will be your one and only warning.

if you can, get a P2T ECU with a conversion harness. otherwise, the cheaper route would be the chipped P28 with a conversion harness. contact hyperduck tuning.
