agreed, but not everyone has the $$ to shell out for the best shock...... so KYBs and Tokico's serve as a great alternative

Shocks are the #1 best investment on a car... paired with some ITR springs, it's gonna produce a stock like ride that will soak up bumps and run circles around other cars.

I just put new shocks on the Saturn cuz old ones were blown... it's made it a new car all over again!!

Hehe... I got the best ones that they make for the Saturn (KYB) ... Koni does not have an application for the Saturn  If you wanna confirm that KYB is the ABSOLUTE best for Saturns, visit the SPS web page or www.saturnfans.com/forums

FYI, the Saturn is my "beater", and even my beater gets all OEM parts from the dealer, except where an upgrade is warranted. My "beater" features Eibach Pro-Kit, KYB shocks, Energy Susp bushings, SPS sway bars, SPS intake, 1992 OEM header, Flowmaster exhaust, Catco catalytic converter, SPS short shifter, SPS strut tower brace, new Auto Custom Carpet in black, 2000 Nissan Maxima gunmetal paint, system, custom interior, and is soon to get 2000 (I think they are 2000, right Neil?) GSR cloth seats in black (cuz leather gets too cold in the winter... ) And $800 for shocks ain't **** in comparison to all the tune-up parts I bought for it... I just spent a little over $1000 on various sensors, EGR solenoid and valve, complete cooling system revamp (all hoses, thermostat, rad)... all filters and all fluids and belts... plugs, wires... you name it.

My Civic rides on H&R competition coilovers (more than double the measely $800 )

I think anyone who's been here long enough knows by now I don't skimp on parts, and all my parts come directly from the dealer where possible.
