Get a new exhaust gasket, take off the manifold, buy a new stud and nut as well BTW. Check the manual for torque specs. Depending on how bad it is, maybe you can pull it out with a pair of good vise-grips by clamping on and trying to loosen it. If this fails... call someone that you trust to drill that out and use an EZ out to pull the stud. Replace it with the new one... that's hardcore man... Good luck!!

no bolt on a car is not important... they don't put random bolts in places... bolts cost money and take time to put in

Ya I noticed my car was louder when reving and didn't sound quite right. Now I know why

I'm wondering if I should wait on that untill I get headers cuz that will come with a new gasket and save on labour in the long run. Even though the labour will be me.

How long are you thinking for the headers? ... like weeks or months?? Cuz the header vibrates, and can actually break off the rest of the studs if you wait too long.

Do the stud now, don't bother with a new gasket at this point... Get Kamikaze...

or ITR 4-1 JDM... actually any 4-1, one peice design with good quality welds.

good make for cheap funds is something like Vibrant I hear...haven't seen them, but ask JSK about them. Look for smooth curves and equal length primaries...

Bruno,
What header is that in the pic you attached?

I heard the greddy SS headers are a quality product.
