I've never gotten that much, you must be a much more responsible driver than me... and I don't even have VTEC!

its all in the tranny... it revs so damn low all the time... with my old Si tranny i'd be reving well above 3000 going 120km/h.... now though i'm well under 3000....

Im a 1997 dx coupe (d16y7 engine) 180,000km 40 liter tank I believe... I get 450 in town on a really bad tank (driving it hard) but highway km driveing the limit I average around 600km to a tank...

mix highway and in town im usually around 500-550 (which is probably my overall average fuel consumption)

My record milage was driveing to Ottawa once... fresh oil change, just finished a can of slick50 fuel system cleaner, drove the speed limit with 2 passengers, I got just over 700km to a tank!!! (this was also when my car was all stock) wish it was always like that lol, id be allot richer

600+ ??? that's insane..

My old 93 SI would get about 500 or so on mostly highway driving.. My GF's CX doesn't get more than 500.. but then again she usually is driving well past 120..

I say average 5th gen civic is 450KM on normal driving regardless of highway or city.

You must be driving it too hard. Let the dealer know about the milage.

Meh I've never hit anything over 340kms per tank, but I know thats mainly due to my driving.

I tried driving "normaly" and I got like 400 or so kms, not worth it for me, I might as well have fun driving.
