Mounts

I'm going to do my best explaining this... but i am putting the mounts on my b16 and it seems that all fit ok except the drivers side the problem seems to be that its too thin and the bolts thread don't go all the way down to the bottom to be able to be fluch between the mount and the engine... i was thinking to cut a chunk of steel and put it between the engine and mount ( between the mount and platform of the mount there is an "extension" to provide extra support between them so i cannot put a piece of steel on top) but tha would lower it lets say between 1/4" and 1/2" and i think that would affect it being too low... so what could i do? remeber one of the bolts are directly on the engine... i was thinking make a spacer.... to fit the diameter of the bolt.. and somewhat like a large washer and have two the exact hight?

mine had the special cut ones... they are like cut and twisted... so when you tighten them up they flatten out... use 1 of those and more flat ones if you need
