get a 2X4 and put each infront of each tire and slowly drive on to them, then put two 2X4 infront of each tire to get the car even higher so at this point you can probably jack up the car with a regular jack, if not, get a low prifile jack and it should do the trick. Make sure to secure the 2X4 against a wall or something heavy so they dont keep moving on you. If you need more height to clear the profile of the jack, just add 3 2x4's in front of each tire to create another step to drive onto.
Be very careful when driving onto the wood because you dont want the car to fall off. Have a friend guide you onto them so you dont fall off.
I have personally never done this, but i have seen a shop do it when they couldnt drive the car onto the hoist or get the arms of the hoist underneath the car.
