PLEASE HELP- Is Type r a good motor to turbo?

is a type r a good motor to turbo? Would that be the most practical and cheapest route to get 250+ horses?(in a 92-95 civic)

If not what is the best option with the best pros and least amount of cons to get to at least 220 without turbo? I keep hearing mixed things and im going insane tryin to descide PLEASE HELP!!!! lol

type r motors are better left how honda intended.... all motor

for turbo the ls motor is probably the best route... unless your rich and have money to through around

It can be made to be a good motor to turbo.
Out of the box, no.
