iv been considering the ws2 also...what are the gains like with it for those of you who have it?
I have a header on my d16 already and noticed great gains with that so just wondering what to look for with an exaust.
also whats the difference between ws1 and ws2?

 

i think the WS2 on my b16 made moderate gains, i mean my motor sounds alot better than choking it with my stock si exhaust. id say noticeable gains in the low to midrange. havent dyno'd it yet, i plan on doing it when i grab a header.

 

I didn't notice much on my DSeries engine. I had an Intake, Header, Hi Flow Cat, and Exhaust. Any performance gain was probably offset by my 17" rims.

It sounded sweet, though.

 

which D engine? i have a d16y7 it has stock airbox with k&n drop in. When i installed my headers (no name) i noticed a HUGE performance gain but i also have no cat on now so i dont know if its the headers or no cat giving me the performance.

Im not really interested in the sound of an exaust i was only going to do it if i got a performance gain. Im also runnin 17'' wheels.
Hopefully i can hear a ws2 at one of the meets or something just so i can get an idea.

the smell of the exhaust bothered me so much... so i put cat on and today i floored the car and performance sucked big time.
