I've delt with paul @ Splitfire before, he actually helped me a lot. Also I've seen his work and got smoked by it too. The only thing I dont like about him is that his prices change all the time.

 

I think that is due to importing fees etc. All these motors come from Japan (not many folks I know buy USDM motors anymore LOL) and duties, taxes, shipping etc. changes.. Probably moreso after 9/11

Also, rarity is starting to have an effect on pricing.. Just think about 3 years ago how many GSR motors you could get your hands on.. Now you can still find them but they are hella expensive... Its starting to get that way with just B16's.

well, we can kill this thread.. i had a friend pull some strings, and i'm going with ETD. they have the reputation (at least out here) of being really good work and support.
i go for the swap in two weeks (yes, i'm excited!!)
